Greg Shill F A C U L T Y N E W S Professor of Law Professor Shill was recently cited and quoted in an opinion of the Delaware Court of Chancery, concerning a rejected takeover bid. While it has been cited in other courts, this is the first time it has been quoted in the nation's leading business court. Shill was also featured in a podcast with the coauthor of his forthcoming book chapter, "First Principles in Transportation Law and Policy".
