Alison Guernsey F A C U L T Y N E W S Clinical Professor of Law Professor Guernsey recently trained faculty at the “Trial Skills Workshop: Bail Boot Camp.” The event was organized by the Administrative Office of the US Courts (Defender Services Office), with the goal of training federal defenders from across the country on the nuances of the Bail Reform Act and how to increase the rates of pretrial release in federal District Court.
