Chris Odinet and Diane Lourdes Dick. Professors Odinet and Dick recently wrote an article entitled “The Public and the Private of the FTX Bankruptcy” for the Harvard Law School Bankruptcy Roundtable. The article discusses the private and public sides of bankruptcy, analyzing the bankruptcy of FTX, the largest crypto exchange in the world.
