POVERTY LAW INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Summer 2017The Poverty Law Internship Program, funded through a grant from Iowa’s Interest on Lawyer Trust Account Commission and Work Study Funds, provides stipends for student interns working in offices in Iowa providing civil legal assistance to low income clients. For the summer of 2017, funds have been provided for two internships for Iowa students in offices located throughout Iowa. Interns will be paid $12.00 per hour. A portion of your salary will be paid through the Work Study program. To determine if you have Work Study eligibility, please contact Cindy Seyfer at Cynthia-seyfer@uiowa.edu.  CHECK SYMPLICITY AND/OR STOP IN THE SECRETARIAL OFFICE OF THE LEGAL CLINIC (ROOM 380) FOR DETAILS ON THE APPLICATION PROCESS.
