Earn $19.50 back in your paycheck Each Month that you complete your visits! Faculty/Staff Membership Incentive Program. Active fac/staff in 50% or greater regular position. Complete a PHA once each calendar year. Visit on of the 4 rec facilities at least 4x per month. Must enroll in payroll deduction for your membership.
