This 4-week program is designed to foster a sense of well-being among students by developing skills related to stress management, mindfulness, sleep hygiene, social connectedness, creativity, and play. Participants will be encouraged to take on five different challenges each week, aimed at cultivating healthy habits that support overall well-being.
